    Trevor is a second-year osteopathic medical student at Pacific Northwest University of Health sciences. He is interested in primary care and is currently trying to decide whether to pursue family medicine or internal medicine. Trevor is passionate about patient advocacy and hopes to make medicine more accessible to marginalized communities. Outside of the classroom, he likes to hike, rock climb, play video games, and scroll endlessly through Tik Tok.

    CHARLOTTE YANG | SHE/THEY

    MENTORSHIP PROGRAMMING COORDINATOR

    Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine Class of 2025

    Charlotte is a second-year student at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She immigrated to the United States from China with her family at the age of 12. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a minor in American Culture. As a medical student, Charlotte is a nerd for medical imaging, and she is currently interested in surgery and radiology. When they are not “doing med school,” Charlotte can be found running or biking on the shore of Lake Michigan, playing video games or board games with friends, or watching (too many) nature videos on Youtube.

  • MEG QUINT | THEY/THEM

    PRE-MED INTERN

    Meg graduated from Hobart and William Smith College in 2021 with a B.S. in biochemistry and a minor in philosophy. Currently, they are a Research Assistant at Fenway Health working on the Adolescent Trial Network (ATN). They are passionate about improving the experiences of gender minority patients and providers, with the ultimate aim of increasing transgender and gender non-conforming representation in medicine. Meg will be taking part in the 2022 application cycle and has plans to matriculate in the fall of 2023. When not working, you can find Meg in the kitchen blasting music, coxing a masters rowing team, or listening to a podcast on double speed!

  • ALLISON SEXTON | SHE/THEY

    PRE-MED INTERN

    Allison is a current Post-Baccalaureate student at Marymount Manhattan College, where she previously earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance. Prior to becoming a “career changer” pre-med student they worked as an Operation Manager for Gibney, a dance and social justice non-profit in New York City. She is passionate about LGBTQ+ healthcare, specifically gender affirming care and trans medicine. Allison currently dances for ECHOensemble, and continues to create her own work and art. She has performed around the city at Dixon Place, Triskelion Arts, Teatro LATEA, Eden’s Expressway, and The Oculus. You can find them dancing on their roof (safely), or hanging out with her wife and cat-daughters Ma'am & Goose.

  • HANNAH JOHNSTON | SHE/HER

    PRE-MED INTERN

    Washington University in St. Louis
    Class of 2022

    Hannah is a senior undergraduate at Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in
    Biochemistry and minoring in Writing. She is passionate about LGBTQ+ healthcare and
    education in addition to patient advocacy. In her spare time, she is typically playing tennis,
    training for American Ninja Warrior, or putting together a puzzle.

  • BRYN HESTER | SHE/HER

    PRE-MED INTERN

    Bryn graduated from Middlebury College in 2022 where she majored in Biology and minored in Education Studies. Currently, she is a research coordinator at Oregon Health and Science University working on dermatology clinical trials. She is interested in MedEd, public health, and patient advocacy. In her free time, she loves to bike, cook, and garden.

    PAST DIRECTOR

    Florida Atlantic University Schmidt College of Medicine
    Class of 2022

    Daniel is a fourth year medical student at Florida Atlantic University pursuing Anesthesiology. Previously, he attended the University of Miami and received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He is passionate about patient advocacy, LGBTQ+ healthcare and health education, as well as critical care medicine. When not in school, you can find him at a local coffee shop, spending time with family, reading nonfiction, and playing with his cat son, Dr. Gregory House.
