    DIRECTOR OF CAMPUS AFFILIATES

    Larner College of Medicine Class of 2025

    Angela is an MS4 at the University of Vermont’s Larner College of Medicine. She studied at the University of Vermont for her undergraduate degree as well and graduated with a BS in Medical Laboratory Science and a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. After college, she worked as a cellular technologist for five years in Denver, Colorado collecting stem cells and performing apheresis for BMT patients throughout the Rocky Mountain region. She plans to continue to pursue hematology oncology after medical school and residency. In her free time, she loves consuming queer media of all kinds. She and her wife are planning to visit all of the national parks in the USA and have been to 20 so far!

  • GRACIE STRUBEL | SHE/HER

    CAMPUS ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS COORDINATOR

    Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences Class of 2024

    Gracie is in her second year of medical school at Pacific Northwest University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Regis University where her interest in advocacy and passion for social justice began. Gracie hopes to contribute to making the future more inclusive and more accessible both within and outside of medicine with strong interests in reproductive, mental, and public health. Her other interests include extremely amateur movie criticism, taking photos of her dogs, and drinking coffee.

    RYAN KELLER | HE/HIM

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT

    Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine
    Class of 2025

    Ryan is an OMS4 at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, NM. He graduated from the Wake Forest University with his Bachelors degree in Anthropology with minors in Spanish, Biology, and Chemistry. His medical interests include PM&R, advocacy for those with disabilities, adaptive sports, LGBTQIA+ health, and medical education. If you don't find him in the nearest coffee or boba shop, Ryan is likely enjoying a long hike in the desert or playing pick-up beach volleyball.

    Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
    Class of 2024

    Isaac is a fourth year medical student at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine in Nutley, New Jersey. They completed their undergraduate degree at Washington & Jefferson College in Pennsylvania. At their medical school, they were a leader of the local chapter of MSPA and are currently building and teaching curriculum for transgender-inclusive care at their home institution. Outside of academics, Isaac can be found baking, building lego sets, or exploring museums and art galleries.

  • MADDIE MCCRACKEN | SHE/HER

    TCU School of Medicine
    Class of 2025

    Maddie is a second year medical student at TCU School of Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame in 2019 where she also played softball for 4 years (Go Irish!). After college, Maddie worked for several years in data analytics and robotic process automation for a consulting firm before returning to school. Outside of class, Maddie spends her time volunteering at a local clinic providing free STI testing, PrEP, and gender affirming healthcare to community members and is passionate about improving access and quality of gender affirming care in her community. In her free time, Maddie enjoys cooking, podcasts, going on hikes with her partner and their dog Goose, and making stained glass windows.

    REGION DIRECTOR (Region A)

    University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
    Class of 2026

    Shannon is a second-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh of Medicine. She is originally from Ellicott City, Maryland and has lived everywhere in the DMV. She holds a B.A. Degree in Cognitive Science and Spanish from the University of Virginia. She is professionally interested in OB/GYN with a focus on complex family planning, LGBTQ+ health, and adolescent medicine. Outside of academics, she is a proud plant mom that can be found at any lifting or yoga class around the city.

    ELIJAH LASOTA | HE/HIM

    REGION DIRECTOR (Region B)

    Tulane University School of Medicine
    Class of 2024

    Elijah is a fourth year MD/MPH student at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Penn State in Pennsylvania. He then worked for a nonprofit in rural community development in Honduras for two years, before spending two years as a research assistant in Infectious Diseases at Columbia/NYP in New York City. While in NYC, he volunteered with the LGBT Center and implemented a PrEP program at high schools in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. In medical school, he was a leader for his local MSPA chapter and began exploring a variety of avenues for improving care for LGBTQ patients. Outside of clinic and studying, Elijah enjoys roller skating, fitness, stained glass, ceramics, every excuse to take in natural daylight, and anything culinary.

    Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Louisiana Campus
    Class of 2025

    Camryn is a third-year medical student at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Louisiana. She is originally from Denver, Colorado and completed her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University. Camryn helped to found a new chapter of MSPA at her medical school and is heavily involved in the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG). She hoping to pursue a career in providing trauma-informed and gender-affirming reproductive healthcare. Camryn is a proud dog mom to a 6 year old pit bull mix, and she enjoys hiking, skiing, and baking.
